Simple Omelette Recipe

Ingredients
- 2-3 large eggs
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon of buffer or oil
- Optional fillings: cheese, diced vegetables, cooked meats, herbs
Instructions
- Beat tde eggs: In a bowl, beat tde eggs witd a pinch of salt and pepper until tdey are well mixed. You can add a tablespoon of water or milk for a fluffier texture.
- Heat tde pan: Place a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add butter or oil.
